Dear Friends, Family and Fans,

The next Stan Lynde Grass RootsCartoon feature "Wait, Shag!" demonstrates how difficult it is to learn new habits.  http://stanlyndeauthor.com/?page_id=1394.

LATIGO LOGO This particular Stan Lynde LATIGO Sunday Cartoon Strip Feature will resonate with those who appreciate the ethics associated with the spirit of hunting.  Ecclesiastes Chapter 3 in the Bible talks about "A Time for Everything." http://stanlyndeauthor.com/?page_id=1389.

Stan Lynde's Cowboy Lore and Legend       "Boots #4" Feature posted on Thursday 02-23-12  http://stanlyndeauthor.com/?page_id=1341. There are two more "boots" features in this series, so check back each Thursday for the next feature.  Watch for this post on Facebook and other social media locations.

HOT NEWS:

True West Magazine is doing a two-page feature on Stan and Rick O'Shay and will start arriving in subscribers mailboxes this coming week.  Then it will hit newsstands in ten days.  The selected story for the Rick O'Shay feature story is from Stan's personal favorite "Trackdown."  Fans won't want to miss this special edition of True West Magazine. Editor-publisher Bob Boze Bell says "A classic strip that was, my friend."

We are still awaiting word on Summer Snow that will be out soon on Amazon Kindle and in Trade Paperback.  Summer Snow is the third of Stan's Merlin Fanshaw novels out on Amazon Kindle, and at the unbelievable price of just $2.99!  I expect the Trade Paperback to be on sale at $9.99.  It is currently available in audio book, narrated by Stan Lynde (as are all of his novels), and you will find it at Books In Motion http://booksinmotion.biz/index.php?route=product/search&keyword=stan%20lynde.

Our latest promotion for new subscribers went so well that the special bronc rider 2500 limited print edition for this promotion was snapped up in 48 hours! We have new subscribers from every corner of this beautiful earth!

And last, but certainly not least, next week we begin a brand new feature never seen in the United States before.  Rovar Bob was published in the Swedish Fantomen Magazine with our long time friend and editor Ulf Granberg.  In English Rover Bob translates as "Bad Bob."  I think you are going to enjoy this really funny, slap stick western cartoon character by Stan Lynde (of course, who else?).  I know I do.

That's all of the fan news for this week.  Here's wishing you a wonderful week ahead.
